You may blur an image for different
purposes. Mostly, a blurred image is used to combine with other images to
form a new image.
Blurred image can also create the sense of
softness or action (depend on which blurring tools you are using)
The first sample image is created by blurring
the image outline by using the rectangle selection tools.
The second and third image are created by blurring
the image with filters.
Later in this workshop, we will introduce
you to techniques for combine images together.
